Word is starting to spread about the nominees for the 2010 Juno Awards. We are very proud to announce that the Banger Films crew have been nominated for a Juno Award (Well it’s the film which is noimated, but we’ll have fun with this for a bit) for their work on the record breaking documentary on perhaps the most adored Heavy Metal music act in the world; Iron Maiden: Flight 666.
Sam, Scot and the Team over at Banger Films HQ are no stranger to critical acclaim, since winning a Gemini Award for Metal: A headbangers Journey in 2007. This year the lads are breaking new ground with their work along side Rod Smallwood, Stefan Demetriou and Andy Taylor. Flight 666 is up for the award for Music DVD of the year. This is nowhere near in the bag as our good friends Rush are also amonth the nominees here. We wish Rush and the team behind the Snakes and Arrow best of luck as their chances are very good here. Best of luck to the other nominees as well!
Let us know what you think as well as your comments on the Rush film that is nominated along side!!!
